A lot been going on recently so blog took a back seat. Rather than go back and try and write a post for everyday just going to do a little general update here.
Yesterday’s news from NY governor is the curve looks to be flattening. Cautiously optimistic news.
Continue readingStarted the day off with a run. It was simultaneously one of the most boring runs I’ve ever done outside and the most invigorating. 6 blocks of Park Avenue, 28th – 34th street, up one side of the street, down the other . And repeat. The good news was the streets, like yesterday, were almost entirely empty, the route also provided some incline. The bad news, Google was wrong when it said there was no rain.
Rest of the day was fairly casual, ordered dinner in from a local favourite restaurant, watched Homeland. Did arrange a House Party with a few friends from England for next weekend. Sounds like everyone is getting cabin fever.
Continue readingWoke up today to the sound of a jack hammer outside the window. There was a time about a year ago where there was constant construction outside our apartment and waking us up early. However much we hated that, being woken early by that noise today felt like a little bit of normality.
